4 cups broccoli florets
1 small red onion, cut up
1/2 cup grated cheddar (you can use more...)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins
Dressing:
1 cup mayonaisse
2 tbsp white or red wine vinegar (you can even substitute rice vinegar)
1/4 cup sugar
Pour sauce over broccoli mixture, mix well, and refrigerate overnight.
